Eastern Iowa Region and ECR Joint RFP Announcement

The Eastern Iowa Region and MH/DS of the East Central Region are extremely pleased to offer this Request for Proposals to develop Intensive Residential Support Homes (IRSH) in our 2-region area of Eastern Iowa.  Last year each of these regions unsuccessfully issued RFPs for IRSH, so this year they hope that the power, resources, and commitment of 2 regions will address the remaining concerns regarding this important service.
