We have multiple locations across the region to serve you. The people in each of these locations work together to develop support for people in need of aging and disability services or support. Individuals seeking funding for services can visit the local office in their area or call for an application. The East Central Region will help determine if you meet eligibility for funding, provide specific information about services and support in the area, and assist with referrals for service providers.
